Guru meditation error on DSi - You have to use an exploit like memory pit or flipnote Lenny (by theone390). The project was not finished (no save feature) but almost fully playable according to the author. Tested on DSTWO, Twilight menu++ on the DS and melonDS emulator.

To install, DLDI patch the nds file and copy it along with the generated DOOM64.WAD to the root (or the same directory) of your flashcard.
WadGen will dump out an IWAD (game data) and a SoundFont file (sound data). I think your best bet will be to download Doom64EX and find a ROM somewhere because the rights must be somewhere in limbo with GT interactive and Midway Games. You will have to use the enclosed WadGen utility to take data from your N64 Doom ROM and output the necessary game files needed to run the game (move the Content folder into /wadgen/msvc6/bin/ first). doom64.wad is an IWAD for UNKNOWN featuring 33 maps (Staging Area, The Terraformer, Main Engineering, Holding Area, Tech Center, and more) Filenames. Theres even a tactical mode a la Modern Shooters that makes the game feel much more difficult and paced like a horror title. It keeps the horror aesthetic and atmosphere of the original while providing more gore and more fluid combat. 11:36am Just found a way to access Map34: Plant Ops which is the first Lost Level. I actually recommend Brutal Doom 64 from SgtMarkIV, the man behind Brutal Doom. Maybe this is a bug in the Doom 64 EX version.
It is neither compatible with the official ports, nor has a stable output depending on version and input N64 ROMs. Notes Doom64 EX 's built-in wadgen utility produces an alternative IWAD for Doom 64.

Note: The game requires a custom IWAD to run. I wonder how to activate the Lost Levels as they are said to be included in the Steam wad. DOOM64.WAD is the IWAD used by the 2020 ports of Doom 64.
